

Overview
Cobblewood is a small community of 43 homes in Aurora, Colorado. Just minutes from Denver, the subdivision is situated around Exposition Park, one of Aurora's open-space gems. The park spans 57.3 acres, and includes the Expo Recreation Center, baseball/softball diamonds, a basketball court, community center, 18-hole disc golf course, playing fields, playground, and lighted tennis courts. The park also features access to High Line Canal Trail and Westerly Creek Trail.
Cobblewood was established as its own subdivision in 1977 and is governed by the Cobblewood Homeowner's Association Bylaws and Covenants.
Cobblewood's greatest asset is its residents, who make the community a wonderful place to live, work and play. The management team is governed by a board of directors comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners.
